Identifying prospect’s needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing a suitable class package.
Advising & serving prospects.
Assisting prospects in finding what they need.
Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.
Provide prospects with product and service information.
Follow up on prospect calls where necessary.
Providing prospects with information on pricing and product availability and closing deals.
Achieve the weekly sales target.
Conduct live for promotion.
School Tour for promotion & registration.
Conduct promotion on TikTok Live
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly reports and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
