Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative & up-to-date with surrounding content in digital platforms.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, and demonstrated capability to meet new challenges.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing a fresh perspective and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
Responsibility
- Develop engaging and informative content across multiple platforms, including websites, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to create high-quality, educational content that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok live, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, interaction, and student enrollment.
- Analyze social media expectations concepts and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to promote Fast Track Academy programs, events, and initiatives.
- Monitor and report campaign performance, analyze results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Develop and implement a branding strategy to position Fast Track Academy as the largest education and learning center in Malaysia.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels, following branding guidelines.
- Create engaging and impactful marketing materials to support branding initiatives, such as brochures, presentations, videos, live, and graphics.
